Not that the offer for EJ isn't fair but he likely won't waive for MTL and his money is kind of locked up as security for MacK's new contract or that's generally how it's seen so it's not even creating cap space other than for one year.

Don't see that 3-way working without more pieces being added. NJ get screwed royally. MTL somewhat. CBS make out like bandits. A team has to add more to move up like that.
