Miller is a 99 point player that plays all situations and you get him at 2650000. Plus he'll probably re-sign too since he's from the Pittsburgh area

Vancouver fans are obviously DROOLING over Marino since basically every AGM they do with Pittsburgh since before the TDL is for Marino. Miller got 99 points exactly one in his decade+ career, never close it it otherwise. Sell high, but get real.

It's you who needs to get real. Miller's been at a point per game or over in most of his seasons with Vancouver. Last season he put up elite numbers that put him around 10th in league scoring.

I know Canada has a exchange rate situation, but if you don't think going from claiming someone is a 99 point player to a 82 point player isn't a big difference... 20 points is nothing I suppose. I also never even hinted that he only had one good season in his career. That is something that you are just making up since you have no good counters to my comment.

And what bias? I never said a single word about Marino's value or contribution or baloney like "99 point player". Not only are you not good at discussing your own players, but you make no sense in your counters to people that disagree with you.

I would do this as a Pens fan as long as Miller came with an extension for sure. The Pens aren't trying to move Marino, there has just been interest in the player from a few teams around the league. But if moving him got a player like Miller past this next season, you can't really turn that down, even if it does cost you your first next year. I think Kapanen does have some value, just hasn't really fit in Pitt. He has the tools to be a good player, just hasn't been able to put it together. Maybe throw in a mid to late round pick coming back to even it out?
