The Breadman wanted NY and he isn't going anywhere and will not agree to go to VAN.

Can't see the Rangers doing this. We're talking about a guy who is consistently in the top 15 in NHL scoring. Sure Miller had a career year, but personally I don't think he ever hits those point totals again, and he's gong to want at least 8x8 on the extension. And Boeser is most likely looking at 6-7. I'd say dance with the devil you know.

agreed Panarin is consistently a top producer during the season but was invisible in the hard fought playoff games. Miller and Kreider on the same line would be deadly.
I agree 8x8 is too rich, they would have to agree on less $ and term prior to the trade, 6 year deal . I think Beoser will have a bounce back year , he went through a lot of personal s&*t this season.

I'm really hoping Boeser does. His best option is to sign a 1-2 year show me contract and cash in afterwards if / when he performs.
Gonna be honest, still not 100% sold on Miller. Very good player, but I see him topping out going forward at 80 points. I also don't see Kreider ever hitting those goal totals again......he'll hit 40 a couple more times, but that's about it.

the one problem with Boeser is he has a 7.5 QO. I think Gallant would like having both guys on his team. The Rangers really grew on me during the playoffs, aside from the obvious key players I was really impressed with Miller on D.

Canucks probably wouldn't do this, since Panarin's cap is too much for a single player for it to make sense for them.
