6 million dollar scheifele is better than a 11 million dollar tavares, this is not looking back, it’s going forward. Jets don’t have the cash or want to take on that much cap or term.

Not to mention Tavares is overpaid by about 2.5- 3.5 million and Schief is underpaid by about 3-4 million. Schief is also younger by 3 years

Make your team within the IMAGINARY RULES. Players that have NTC or NMC will not be waiving them. Tavares and Muzzin are not leaving the Leafs.
