I don't think the Hawks will agree, switch to a younger prospect and it would work, especially with the Hawks having two good prospects on the RD with Regula and Mitchell

All teams decline. But, to be fair, Chicago considers the offer briefly.

Gotta love when people troll with the “realistic” title.

As for the trades, Carolina easily passes. Muzzin is completely useless to the Canes, and we aren’t giving up a 1st for him and Kerfoot either. Kerfoot for a 3rd with a 3rd team retaining half, sure, Canes accept. But that offer is just terrible for the Canes. Seattle rejects in a heartbeat. They aren’t going to move 3 2nd rounders just to move up a couple spots. Maybe 2 of them, but 3 is overkill. Chicago might take that dump. Doubt Edmonton considers that trade. And my goodness, that Nashville trade is terrible. I highly doubt the Preds consider trading Askarov unless it significantly helps the Preds. The tandem of the future will be Saros-Askarov, and that will just be too good a tandem.
