Description
I left the kid line together but you could also move Panarin back to the left and put Laf on the right. Also can bump Blias up to Goodrows spot and have a shut down 4th line

The key to me this offseason is adding no big money long term deals (Strome/Copp). Any one they bring in needs to be able to be moved in case they need too free up space next offseason.

Nemeth will be moved, its just a question of to where and for what cost. Could also be a buyout

No reason for Arizona to accept the deal or Nemeth to waive for Arizona

That was more of a “nemeth and a kicker” to anyone for nothing. He will be moved its just a question of to who and and at what cost

You'll get a 2nd for Georgiev at least. That's what his compensation would be if he was taken via offer sheet and there are definitely teams in the market or a goalie around 3 mil with his talent. I really wouldn't be surprised if Edmonton gives up a first but think at least a 2nd would be the cost. I believe there will be a bidding war for him.

Seems about right. Georgiev gets a bit more. Nemeth honestly probably in Arizona's lineup all season.

Reasonable, but it's a Band-Aid, not a solution. Is the proposed team better than the 21-22 edition. I believe Kappo will get an offer sheet he can't refuse. The Rangers are in no position to match. What then?

There are tons of better goalies available in free agency, nobody needs to give up a 2nd for a guy who can't even play backup successfully at the NHL level.

How good the Rangers are next year is going to rest on the development of the kids. If the kid line and miller continue to progress then yes they can be better. And theres a very good chance kakko is signed to a bridge deal before teams can even attempt to offer sheet him. Even if it gets to that point (which it wont) the offer would need to be at least 5-6 mill per yr long term for the Rangers not to match. Anything under that the rangers can match and worry about the cap next year

Thats a lot for a 4th liner in Motte. Drury should only offer Statsny if it's for one year
