Would think both teams decline that Devils trade

In no universe should the Jets ever consider that Devils trade. I like Severson but he isn’t worth Perfetti.

Absolutely not from Kings. Dillon isn’t even the type of LHD we want and certainly not at that price

This Jets team seems stupid but here is the thing…

- Karlsson replaces PLD by $1.5M, I understand that he might not be as good for Vegas but I think he can have a bounce back season next year
- Martinez replaces Dillon as he has more playoff experience and can help the Jets win a Stanley Cup as he has won already 2 cups, Ik he is not in his prime but i feel that he can help a Jets team that wants to be back in the playoffs by next season
- Severson is a upgrade to Demelo
- Johnsson, I understand the trade my be super undervalued with Perfetti but I just have a very sad feeling that he ends up turning into a best imo
- PLD trade is probably obvious
- Schmidt to Sharks gets the Sharks what they need in LHD and will be a leader for a young team like San Jose as Brent burns and Marc-Edouard Vlasic are getting older and San Jose needs a LHD to play with EK65 as Idk if Mario Ferraro is going to be a future #1 LHD in San Jose, neither is Schmidt but he will help the team quite a bit. If he is willing to waive his NTC to San Jose
- Dillon to LA (same thing as Schmidt trade, but LA is more of a playoff team compared to San Jose)

No. San Jose doesn’t want an overpaid LD for that. Maybe if a pick came with him for future considerations it would be a possibility. Sharks don’t have the need nor cap space for an overpaid 3rd pair.

These are all incredibly horrid deals for the Jets. Chevy would be fired before the first one went through.

No SJ does not need another 5M plus D man. We have a glut of 10 D men already
