Right now, I believe it’s chytil, one of Lundkvist/Jones, and a 1st as the offer. It’ll go up from there but that’s where I see drury starting.

Ultimately I see one of kakko/Chytil, Lundkvist/Jones and a 1st being the package. But NYR only make the trade if PLD signs an 8 year extension at 7.5m or less.
