Dach rumour & the classic Nylander for Pesce+ trade revisited.

Some wiggle room for contracts.

Keep Muzzin on LTIR for the Kucherov trick and some more playoff depth.

Keep Mrazek on LTIR to get five options in the playoffs: Fleury, Holtby, Mrazek, Kallgren, Sateri.

why would the isles take on extra salary for a player who’s at best equal to the one we’re trading away? makes no sense as a swap, holl doesn’t bring anything to the table that they don’t already have in mayfield who costs less.

The Chicago trade should have DeBrincat in it, not Dach.

Car won't move pesce. They would probably just pursuit upgrading Necas to DeBrincat before doing that trade.

Riddle me this, if Holl is equivalent to Mayfield... why are there so many Leaf AGM's trading Holl away and adding Mayfield? Would you be happy with Holl playing on your second pairing as you have Mayfield here?

If Pesce for Nylander was going to happen, it would have happened in 2018. It hasn’t happened and will never happen. Especially if the Canes are adding Necas. Stop this farse. We have already dealt with this BS for 5 years now, so give it a rest.

Putting Mrazek on LTIR would be nice, and keeping Muzzin healthy all season just to return for the playoffs would be nice too..... but you need a reason to keep them on LTIR all year, and they are healthy
