If it were any other division I'd say yes, but since it's the atlantic, I say 50/50 they get a wild card spot.

sens took care of the offensive part to be a playoff team, now we need to see how the defense and goaltending will do. still lots of question mark there.

I don’t think the Sens are done yet. Giroux 2-3 year deal and a trade for a top 4D can both still happen

We don't need another forward after the Fiala acquisition but we do need Matt Roy, for whom there is no internal replacement. No deal.

If the third line is productive and goalie game is also solid, then this team could certainly be in be playoff contention.

Q for Sens fans, why is Mathieu consistently getting a 3m deal on acGM?

Short sample size, but he really showed well with Tkachuk and Norris to end the year. Looked like a legit 2nd line winger but even at 3M he's at worst case a good 3rd liner at fair value
