Caufield is on another planet.

Ça commence bien. Great debut smile

Nowhere, he's staying on the roster for now, best case he's a healthy scratch

In best regard the Moon doesn't want any human garbage :P. But As A_HABS_fan said we should keep him a while.

I think that the first option is good if you WANT to dump him
second option clogs up spots for the youngsters
what would the third option even mean

Can we really hope to have Bedard if we still are one of the smallest team in the east?

Yeah lol. You acquire size via trade or free agency after, if you have the opportunity to have Bedard you take it and then you think.

Dallas would want an add with Caufield for Robertson and I don't think the Habs have the spare assets to make it worthwile. I'd simply roll

If this is for next year then anderson at 1RW is fine, but if its for the future then you'd hope there's someone else.

Yeah definitely. I just kept Anderson there until there's a better option whether it's Roy, Mesar or Farrell or any external option

caufield-suzuki-bedard won't happen, i think size is overrated but having the tallest player on a line being 5'11 is a big no no, they'd get pushed around so much

fair point

Slafkovsky - Bedard - RW
Caufield - Suzuki - Dach

as much as I think you'd want one of Suzuki-Caufield or Slafkovsky-Dach to stay together, one has to be split up to provide size for Suzuki-Caufield. My guess is it's dach because he's a good playmaker for CC22
both of these lines would obviously be 1A-1B because as good as Suzuki-Caufield is, Connor Bedard is otherworldly

3

If we send him to AHL his work level will rub off which is not a good thing.
Not worth trading him and futures, just let him sit there.

Gary Bettman after a 4-hour Board of Governors meeting tells assembled media here in NYC that the escrow balance likely will be paid off at end of season by players. And if so, the salary cap will jump this summer by around $4M. But if not fully paid, cap goes up just $1M.
