That’s not fair value for the Avs that’s a massive overpay.

Please Newhook could be a 60pt guy, Girard is top pairing capable and a 1st. So yeah overpay.

Yep. Right now I'd say Slafkovksy is much more likely to be the next Yakupov than a future 90 point player. Man barely got 10 points in Liiga.

An Avs fan hates it *and* a Habs fans hate it, so I think it's probably fair value. The names going to Montreal are definitely strong, but I think you overpay a little bit to get back 1OA in any sort of hypothetical - he still has that magic mark on him and until he turns into Patrik Stefan he still gets valued like 1OA, imo.
