- at this point, kane is on his way out and the rangers seem to be his preferred destination. it's not going to take a crazy return especially with his cap and this being his last year
- jones slots as the final defenseman
- halak serves as the backup
- motte comes back on a team friendly deal
- kakko re-signs
- nemeth buyout as well in this (if they are able to trade him, this adds another 1M that can be given out to both kakko and motte)

This team aint going no where. If youre playing chytil at 2C, probably best to just forget about Kane and let the kids play. Motte at 4C? The Rangers are 1 injured center from having center depth of Zibanejad/Chytil, Goodrow, Motte- thats really bad.
