Man Toronto fans don't understand No Trade Clauses or Salary Cap.

Muzzin isn't waiving his NTC.

Kings can't afford Muzzin, and just signed Edler to the league minimum who put up more points than Muzzin in less games. Edler is a stay-at-home defenseman by the way.

So you think so little of Sean Durzi that you dream that we would trade him for Jake Muzzin, and then you turn around and fail to sign him to a new contract because it would put you over the cap and therefore you let him walk?

Poor asset management, if you ask me.

Never mind the fact that you'd have to talk Muzzin into waiving his NTC and then retain an impossible 75% on him in order to get him under the Kings' cap because they're at $81 million right now.
