Depends if Winnipeg wants to win now. Yesterday, you said Dvorak + Barron + 1st was enough. If Winnipeg wants to contend, they should pick Anderson over Barron.

No, I would have said Dach I think, not Dvorak. The Jets shouldn't pick Anderson under any circumstances. Low producing, meh player with a really bad long term contract. Let him continue to be Montreal's problem.

You said you'd prefer Dach, but if management decide they want Dvorak, you'd be down with that.

Anderson is definitly not a problem. 20+ goals 6'3 230lbs fast power forward at 5.5M a year? That's a fair price.

He doesn't drive play, but others can do that. He's a finisher and a punisher.

Okay, I got ya. Yeah, who knows Chevy may like Dvorak better. I wouldn't like it, but I don't have much say. awesome face

Yeah, if you only look at Anderson's good points and ignore all his faults he's an alright bottom sixer. But the cold, hard fact is that he's a roughly 30 point forward being paid $5.5 mil for another 5 years. So, that definitely isn't a fair price and certainly is a problem. Bryan Little was paid less, produced more and was a far better player and Jets fans complained about him all the time. So, if the Jets get stuck with Anderson they're really going to hate it.

I'm not saying it can't happen, but I trust Chevy is smart enough to stay away and let Montreal deal with their own problem.

I don't think Anderson is an option for Winnipeg. Why would he waive his NTC?

Yeah right .... Anderson is totally trash player, that why there numerous gm who call MTL to have him. Big guys who can play, hit and skate well is a rare prototype of player in the league who is well seek.

I really hope you don't base your opinion on this year stats because everyone have suck except maybe Suzuki.
