Raty and Varlamov??? For someone who isn't even half a point per game?

Last time I checked Raty hasn't scored a goal in the NHL and Anderson has a multiple 15+ goal seasons and one 25+ goal season but go off king. It's either this or Bailey and a 2023 1st. What do you prefer?

Neither, the Isles don’t want Anderson. There was a fan blog that Montreal writers took and ran with as a rumor.

Lou traded a 13th overall pick for a bottom pair defensemen but yeah you're right. EZ no

That's fair. I think he'd be a good fit on the isle but no point in making a trade if there's no interest from both sides

Romanov is easily a top 4 d man, so yes I’m right it is an easy no.

He might be a top 4 D but he isn't a modern top 4 D. That's the difference

20 points in 11 games for Finland U20, and you really are delusional if you think Varlamov is a backup level talent, guy is a starter for half the league

I would agree but his offensive insincts are brutal. The guy panics with the puck in the O-zone. He can be a reliable guy with a offensive minded partner (Dobson)

and Josh Anderson is a proven goal scorer in this league and any team who has him would be happy to have him. See how this works both ways?!?!!

Wouldnt be too bad if we ended up with Dvorsky too, but yes preferably Fantilli over Dvorsky. Fantilli would end up pushing Suzuki at 2nd center tho eventually or we make either of em a winger. Somethin like Slaf-Suzuki-Caufield or Caufield-Fantilli-Suzuki and put Slaf on the 2nd line. because Slaf < Fantilli.

Josh Anderson is a glorified Joel Armia with an even worse contract. Dude has never broken 40 points in his career and is one year removed from getting outplayed by Pat Marroon in the Stanley cup finals lmao.

He’s not a proven goal scorer. He’s a proven third line right wing who Bergavin gave way too much money.

Romanov is better than Anderson - Romanov' analytics the past two seasons have been 2nd pair caliber. He's the perfect D partner for Noah Dobson.

Anderson is a low end 3rd line winger, he's not close to Romanov in terms of on ice impact

A ppg player in Liiga as a 19 year old and a borderline top-10 goalie who is only a back-up because our starter is a borderline top-3 goalie. Just for clarification
