Description

Not sure what happens with cap when a guy gets stuck over seas but I think Nyquist would be a decent place holder at no cost. Minnesota is going to have a hard time being competitive without replacing some of Kirill's minutes. Ignore the Jackets lines. Assume Laine gets signed.

Marchenko is already in the states. He came for development camp last week with the plan of going back to Russia until training camp, then told Portzline that he changed his mind and decided to stay in the US.

I think you guys don't have to worry. He was posting on his Instagram with his GF the other day near a river or something. That means he's either posting through a VPN from Russia and just chilling enjoying his summer or he's not in Russia since they don't have access to instagram.
