He will be 3 years old when we hit our cup window. Basically the reason we are wanting to trade 29 year old Miller. We need a RD that can be Hughes’ partner for Atleast 10 years. I doubt Severson is a top pair d man in 10 years

A top RHD that can play with Hughes for 10 years doesn't exist on the trade market. I don't think Severson is that great but Miller for Hannifin straight up sounds pretty fair.
