No appreciation of Florida's cap. Even Hornquist waiving to Calgary is iffy.

Yeah, considering Hornqvist wasn't really willing to leave Florida I don't think it would have worked. With Duclair on LTIR, the FLR team would still be over the cap.

We also don't know how this new offer matches up to others, although Verhaeghe+Lundell are solid pieces.
