Is this a joke? No way Nashville gives up Fabbro for pearson and a 4th

Warpbox, they’re looking for more forwards and pearson was really good last year

Tanner Pearson and a 4th for Fabrro is ass for Nashville. That’s a great haul for Vancouver

He was decent. Half a point per game and 14 goals. I think he might be worth a third. Dante Fabbro is a right side D that might play first pair for Vancouver and is younger and cheaper. Pearson would be a second line winger. The value is not there

Canes don’t do this. Canes aren’t trading Necas for a rental, and they aren’t trading for Miller.

Interesting trade viewpoints here, I think that the Canucks have to give up a bit more than Pearson and a 4th for Fabbro. I would only see the Canes accepting the trade with the Nucks if the Nucks would resign Miller to a decent contract (not too much AAV, salary payout in bonuses) with not too much term to fit Carolina's timeline. After losing Trocheck to FA, the Canes may be interested in Miller, but he might not be a 99pt player there given:
- He will play 2C, with Aho being 1C (less ice time)
- He will have to adjust to a new playstyle with new teammates

Canucks also might be interested to send one of Poolman or Dickinson to Carolina and not take Philly's 2nd and 3rd, even though the Canucks would love the extra picks with the lack of good prospects in the system
