      That St Louis deal is comical. Barbashev had a great year, but he's not ANYWHERE NEAR worth that. Maybe a single first, but both? Laughable.

      That Merril deal is pretty bad. You can get him cheaper than that, especially giving up Coghlan to do it.

      Too much to pay to dump Gardiner. Just a single third should get a team to do it. Martinook isn't going anywhere. Rod threw a fit when the team wanted to let him go and bring McGinn back.

      That is a lot for Barbashev who is a one hit wonder. On top of that he is a UFA next year. Pass

      So basically just the deals are bad (giving up too many picks), but the players are good pickups?

      Merrill and Barbashev aren’t worth anywhere near that. Maybe Bear for him straight up. I’d rather keep Coghlan. Also Martinook is Rod’s sugar boo he isn’t going anywhere
