You might need to add another pick in the Chychrun trade because Muzzin is more of a negative asset to Arizona. Everything else is pretty good imo.

I dont think theres much to get ARZ interested. Abrueze's upside, at best, is bottom 6, and is unlikely. Robertson really damaged his worth with the injury/subsequent play last year, Villeneuve looked really poor in rookie training camp in 2021, Muzzin has negative value to ARZ, and the 1st is likely late round. Its just not a good offer and probably each piece is weak. ARZ wants a young starting skater, a top prospect, and 2 1sts.

Sandin doesn;t equal Durzi. So TOR would have to add, and Durzi probably gets more than 2mil which likely puts you over the cap

Sandin > Durzi
The rest of your 'critique' shows how little you know about all the others involved. But it would appear that Chychrun has now entered the upper tier of the all time great dmen of the league.. Coffey, Potvin, Orr, etc all step aside because armchair GMs now think CHychrun is great.

They are just going off ARZ's ask which treats him like he's elite. They might take that offer depending on how it compares to what they had before/final offers but would Muzzin go?

People are saying Muzzin would be a negative asset to ARZ but that's just not correct, he's owed only 6m over his contract (2m this year and next in salary, and 2m bonus next year), and Chychrun is owed just 4m this year. If ARZ were to move Muzzin the following off-season, they would have spent same amount in real dollars if they were to keep Chychrun for this season. If Muzzin gets injured then that just frees up cap, if he stays healthy, they could flip him this season. Big cap hit, lower salary is the type of contract that is valuable to ARZ.

A few thoughts:
-Muzzin won't waive his full NTC to go to Arizona. That's just silly.
-Chychrun's value comes from the fact that he has 3 years left on a very good contract. Is he the best defenceman in the NHL? Absolutely not. He's a very solid 2nd option.
-Does Arizona NEED to trade him? No. Again, 3 years left on a very good contract. If they can't get their asking price now, they'll simply wait until someone pays up.
-If I was Arizona, would I take the above offer? No. There's too many question marks in that package.

1) I agree with Muzzin probably not waiving. I don't think Toronto is even interested in moving him.
2) Chychrun does have a good contract but how good of a contract depends on how good of a player he is, ARZ's ask was polarizing among executives.
3) Arz doesn't have to trade him but the length of his contract is a big part of his contract being good, with each year it's less and less appealing to give a King's Ransom for him. They probably want to move him before July 1 2023 so that they don't pay his 1m bonus, he's also owed over 10m in salary in the final two years.
4) Should Arizona take this package? Depends on how it compares to other actual offers and what they can squeeze in last minute offers. At this point, they might be better off waiting to trade him around the all-star break, when demand for him could pick up. As for question marks, there are question marks around Chychrun himself, so should teams offer more than the above package? Chychrun only played one full season which was a 56 game season, and the most games he ever played was 68 and that was in his first year. He looks like he'll only dress in 50-60 games a season. So Muzzin and Robertson aside who my just play 50-60 games themselves, they are getting two B-level prospects and a late 1st (which is what they are mostly likely going to get regardless but at least it is in a deep draft class). In reality, that mock trade is a roster player (who is a good Chychrun replacement in terms of ability to play (skill-wise and health), and covers his cap hit without raising the salary that is owed) +top prospect+1st and two throw in prospects for the deficiencies (late first and potentially injury prone top prospect-important to note that Robertson's injuries is because he puts himself in vulnerable positions and the result isn't surprising considering his size).
