The return for Nuge while fair, is never a deal EDM would do, He's been here the longest and he's going to be here for life, I hope that he gets to wear the C at least once as an oiler before he retires

That's kind of hoping that McDavid leaves or has a shorter career than RNH (either because McDavid's ends early or RNH has a long one).

Girard is an undersized offensive defenseman who doesn't defend very well... his offense lags Tyson Barrie's. Edmonton has zero interest in him and most certainly aren't giving up Nuge for him.
