That Edmonton trade makes me want to kill myself as an Isles fan.

Pulock has a full NTC and it’s terrible for NY.

Jets don't have room for Bailey, as once you account for filling out the roster and potential performance bonuses (depending on who they keep in the NHL) the Jets only have around $3-4 million to play with.

Edmonton declines anyhow. They simply don't have the cap space.

But even if they did I wouldn't make the trade. Puljujarvi > Beauvillier, and Pulock's offense has completely disappeared, which is concerning. Besides, McLeod has just scratched the surface of his abilities and may be the best player in the trade, and the late 1st is worth a lot due to the depth of the draft.

Soooo just enough to sign two or three league minimum to $900K vets to fill out the forward group and leave $1-2M in cap space for a useless add at the deadline if they're in the hunt for a wildcard spot and a 15th overall pick at the draft, sounds like a perfect offseason in Chevys mind!... 🙄

I can't wait for the discount-Netflix special, Winnipeg Jets: Running it back to 19th overall

Pulock was great at the end of the year. His offense didn’t disappear. He got hurt.

Ugh, can you imagine, a bunch of video clips of Chevy interviews where he says nothing, talks about looking at a bunch of different scenarios, doing his "due diligence" but ultimately deciding he was happy with his group and he believed in the team he assembled... 🙄😁😂

Past 2 years at 5v5 even Scott Mayfield outscored Pulock.

I wouldn’t read too much into that. He’s been clutch in the post season and he’s been good in all 3 zones.

Not right now, but retrospectively in 5-10 years. McLeod was good down the stretch and very good in the playoffs.

So long as they add overly dramatic music and jarring jump cuts between interviews, I'd tune in for a bit. tears of joy

I mean one of those seasons was shortened and he had terrible puck luck. The other season he was hurt. You should look at stuff like that before you run your mouth. Calling me a crack addict when you think Tyson Barrie is good is beyond hysterical.

I mean he missed how many months? And then he wasn’t remotely near 100% when he first came back? Year before was shortened. You are being ridiculous.
