Would it still be a yes if Panik was replaced with Beauvillier? So Bellows, Beauvillier, a 1st and a 2nd?

Yes.

Most likely though it is a TDL trade. With the Dobson, Romanov and Bellows contracts the Isles most likely only have about $1.5M in cap space max. Moving cap right now is too expensive, apparently Lou would not attach a 1st to Bailey to move him and sign Kadri. With their cap space accruing during the season there would be more space at the TDL for the Isles to make a move like this.
