Add Sandin to that line up after trading him! I think they should deal Nylander after as well for more value

I can't see how the leafs pay that much for an old forward on the last year of his deal. Sandin and a 2nd and a mid-level prospect is fair.

It’s going to cost more then that. My guess is it comes down to around Knies + Sandin + First or something around that

Ignoring the picks involved I'd rather keep Barrie. Not sure where or how towes can fit in.

Overpayment from the Leafs though that Chicago 2nd round pick is pretty valuable I’d say

Because with only those stiffs McDavid, Draisaitl and Nugent-Hopkins at center, you need help down the middle.

Those are the main three but also have depth options with mcloed shore Ryan Holloway wanna say janmark played some center too but could be mistaken. Have options could withstand an injury or two but can't really say that about RD not nearly as deep.

I know we are the small potatoes part of the trade, but the Ducks would take a flyer on Boris for a 7th.

This doesn't make sense for Toronto. Take out Nylander and trade him elsewhere. They'd get a better return for him. Then take out the picks and Del Mastro and call it a day.

Why in the world would the Hawks trade Katchouk. He’s one of their better prospects.
