No need to trade Hoglander for a LHD, and don’t think Montreal would do that anyways

I do think Guhle has more value than Hoglander, but not by much. I don't think MTL do it because of the depth they have on attack, short and long term. However, there are definitely teams that would do this type of trade.

No team is giving up a top 15 pick 6'3 elite skating dman for a 5'9 winger who was below a 1/3 ppg last year. Its not remotely close

Size is pretty irrelevant in trade value. Canucks have no need for Guhle anyway

By trade. Kind of a late bloomer prospect but he looks promising. Hopefully can develop into a 3C
