I think SJS gets more for Labanc and Barabanov at the deadline especially with retention.

I don't see any of these trades making the Sharks any better.

These trades are bad for San Jose. Barabanov half retained is worth more than a late 3rd and somehow you value him lower than Kapanen. Kapanen isn’t worth a 2nd round pick that’s going to be in the 30s, try like a 5th. Also Sissons is in line to get almost $12 mil over the next 4 years and but doesn’t produce at that level. He’s more of a cap dump than a 3rd round pick return.
