There's nothing even slightly interesting outside of Portillo and only if he agrees to sign in Winnipeg beforehand, if the Jets mice Helly, so that's an easy no for Winnipeg.

I think WPG would want a 1rst. Also, I'd leave Tuch on L1 RW and Kane L2 RW.
