As in general whether its JT or Kadri or anyone else it wouldnt matter. What matters is getting into that mentality and playing that perfect game which they still need to work on. Thats how the Hawks, Lightning, Penguins, Caps, and Blues won their cups

nah. his drafting has been very good. i also liked the samsonov and jarnkrok deals. bunting and kampf were nice pickups. the gio and lilegren contracts are a steal.

not a fan of most of his trades and contracts tho.
