Don't think they would accept a 1st with protections.

I don't know if this gets it done either.

I think buffalo has a bevvy of good prospects but a trade to get JRob would take some of our great/excellent prospects.

Imo I would rather develop Quinn peterka savoie power, than to trade for an established guy like JRob.
Mainly due to the strength of the Atlantic. Does Jrob make buffalo a top 4 team ehhh probably not on paper.

But it would be an exciting swing to take, I certainly wouldn't mind it.
But it would probably be 2023 1st and Quinn

why on earth would Dallas make this trade??
only asset of significant value is the 1st round pick but you top 10 protected it anyways lmao.

Dallas isn't going to trade Robertson, but let's entertain the scenario where they do. Unless Buffalo is building a package around Cozens, Dallas isn't interested.

That's a lot of low A or high B prospects for an elite talent. Quinn or Peterka would start a package. They would probably want a young D man too, honestly they could ask for Power and it wouldn't be an overpay from Buffalo. AKA not something the Sabres should do. Lets keep the young talent and build
