Description
My thinking is here, you are giving Arizona some NHL ready players to strengthen their lineup for the time being, that wont get the shot they deserve due to the leafs depth. Crouse may be a valuable piece to have in the playoffs being a bigger body that is not 35 years old.
With these figures, it would also allow Matt Murray to come back anytime, as there would be appx. $5.2M in space after sending Kallgren back to marlies.
I may be a little light on the return back to Arizona, but honestly I think you need to empty the cupboards a little in terms of prospects and draft picks because if you don't show AM34 that you want to win NOW and in his prime, than he is walking come free agency. If it came down to it, i think even if it takes another 1st round pick, or another high end prospect not named Mathew Knies, i would absolutely pull the trigger.

How about the fact Chychrun is behind Reilly, and Crouse is behind Engvall in the lineup? 🤣🤣🤣

Armstrong isn't retaining on either player, besides a bunch of scraps doesn't get either one anyways. Try quality for quality. Not quality for quantity.

Gotta get them acclimated to those roles before they turn around and trade Engvall and Muzzin for Kane.

These long term retention trades aren't at all realistic, the Yotes decline.

Well to be quite honest its called Armchair GM, not Armchair Coach and last i checked, GM's don't set the lineups, thats the coaches job wink and to be fair, i wouldn't consider that a fourth line, more of a 3b option where in a perfect world they would split regular combined 3rd line and 4th line minutes between the two lines.

if you read my description, you would've seen that i acknowledged that the return for those two is more than likely not enough, which i went on to comment i would trade any prospect not named Mathew Knies.

Wishful thinking forsure, but i cant see how your actually talking about the ASU Coyotes as a franchise that hasnt done significantly dumber things.
