Better to trade away TVR rather than a top pick, I think this trade is fair for both sides

TvR is just a 5/6 D. Those can easily be picked up with decent scouting. If Chicago manages to pull this deal off, Bowman deserves GM of the year.

I think the Leafs would like Kruger as their 4th centre this year and maybe next. And the Hawks wouldn't have to give up anything. Gee, the Leafs might. even give a little.

Let's hope this isn't the lineup for us Hawks fans. Rozsival is brutal and Kempney still needs to grow. Hartman and Hinostroza on the LW is a tough pill. Hawks need to make moves and Seabs would be a miracle but looks like Panarin might need to go.

This idea that Kruger is untradeable is just BS. There are teams in the league that will take on a short contract that is very slightly over what the player may be worth.

If Bowman loses BOTH TVR and Kruger to Vegas for nearly nothing in return, he is horrendous IMO.

The Panik signing should have NEVER happened before the expansion draft. He is absolutely oblivious of the salary cap.
