Hextall would surely be a moron to not take that trade. It's nice to dream, but I can't see VAN letting Miller go for that package.

It's also a wild world when Archibald becomes a player with positive value. I have to admit, I love his season so far, but yeah, Pens say yes all day every day.

Win now mode vs a team who shouldn't be. I really don't know what JTs value is post extension and cap space is so tight everywhere it'll be almost impossible to move him. I think Pitt is a great fit. I'm also worried what the locker room looks like post Bo (if he moves on). Bo's presence and voice is a good balance to a guy like JT and I think Pitt's locker room has players to balance JT as well.

If the cap goes up what they're projecting, around 4/4.5M, it won't be hard to move Miller. Miller is still a PPG player right now. $8M is still hefty, but I believe they can probably get some sort of package of a 1st, good prospect and roster player (to help with cap) which you're close on here, but the NMC will cause some leverage issues which will prevent a higher return than that.

That would be something Winnipeg considers, I think. Although maybe before the TDL if possible.

I’d take that as a Jets fan. Lucius is a few years away and having Garland shore up our forward core helps us compete now

Not NYR 1st 2023, that can easily be top 15 pick. I do think Bo is a great player that can compliment Panarin, but I am not sure. And we aren't a cup team in my mind. I could move 2024 first but NYR needs to clear cap before that. Only my opinion of course smile

I always forget Laf and the other young guys are up for new deals. Curious what Laf's deal will look like. Whether NYR will try to go long term or if Laf wants a bridge.

As it look now I don't think he earned more or better / longer than Kakko. I think Miller might get similar to what Lindgren got. That's about it in my book. Things can turn around and improve off course. But based on the now I would say this.

Trust me I would want Bo. But need to move some unmovable no trade clause contracts, to get him on board.
