Description

add Klingberg (a top Dman in the league, remember Dallas cup run. this guy is good) + any strong addition to top 6. Not sure how it will hash out with Reilly + Muzzin injuries but Klingberg would be the teams best defenseman with any of these guys in the lineup, he's a stud. Perhaps there could be some salary retained. These moves would put them in contention and their time to win is now or next year. can sacrifice the picks. LFG

With no retention, the Hawks accept imo. That last retention slot is critical for CHI.

Not sure that d could hold up.

As for Domi, he's spent half his time on a line with Kane and Athanasiou with both he and Kane getting 60% o-zone starts 5v5. In addition, six of Domi's nine goals and 10 of his 19 points have come on the powerplay where he's second only to Kane in PPTOI/gm at 3:17, which ain't happening in T.O. Seems like the Hawks have been putting him in very favorable situations.

I would accept that offer as the Anaheim GM, and I would retain if necessary.

We'd knew we would be retaining 50% of Klings salary in order to facilitate a trade when we signed him, so we would be willing to retain that for this deal.

You will need retention on Kingberg. Rielly wont be out for the whole season and you need cap space when he comes back. With his struggling play this season it wouldn't be that hard to get the retention from ANA. even with the retention you wont have room for Rielly to come back you would have to throw Holl in also but he plays PK and I dont think Klingberg does.
