Compher at 2C is a bigger problem, if Newhook hasn’t proven he is capable of taking the 2C mantle clear cut COL has bigger problems to address than acquiring a speedy 3rd line winger.

Hawks decline. They'll get far better offers for AA than a 3rd that's 3 drafts away and a former 1st rounder who looks more and more like a career AHL'er at best 4 years into his pro career.

Draft pick thing agree with you. Bowers I think is a good energy center in the making that can kill penalties. Unfortunately for him dude can’t buy a break, gets his first call up and basically gets hurt on his second shift and hasn’t played since. But yeah CHI can probably get a more enticing offer.

I'd be happy with that at the TDL as I've always thought AA would be a good fit in Colorado (With everyone else fit and functioning and Newhook getting a chance at 2C with his intended regualr wings). That said the 'hawks may get a better offer.
