I don’t think ur asking price is unreasonable, but I don’t think Horvat is the guy the Islanders should target at the deadline. From an organizational standpoint they need a winger way more than Horvat. Especially with Raty in the wings.

You’ve got a completely fair viewpoint. I wasn’t sure if Nelson was a natural winger or center but with Raty showing great progression since being drafted I can see what you mean regarding the center position long-term.

Nelson hasn’t played wing since the 2014. He’s been playing like a 1st line center the past 2 seasons which is why Horvat doesn’t make sense for the isles
