I know Boeser doesn't have much value at his present salary, But even that's a trashy offer for him. No way Vancouver even considers that.

Zadorov is not a cap dump, Poiriers a decent defense prospect, if Boeser was worth his contract he would have already been moved.

I wouldn’t even offer lucic one for one if I was Calgary. The dude looks lost rn. Unfortunately for the Canucks there’s plenty of teams out there with cap issues of their own and they aren’t looking to bring Boeser into the mix.

Only way to move Boeser is in a deal for a bad contract imo. Unless someone royally ****s up.

If Calgary had the money I'd take a chance on him, not for big Z and his contract makes too many issues next season. I would have to agree with you, if Van really wants to move him they would probably have to pay to do it.

Look at what it cost to move Monahan, not exactly oranges to oranges, but GMs don't throw life preservers, they throw anvils.

I think the reality of the situation is this. Whenever any “writer” suggests trading Boeser, they talk about how he’s a little overpaid but they still pretend he has value. The reality here is that Boeser is only slightly more productive than an aging veteran like Bailey. Dude has just been flat out awful.

Yeah but his Dad passed last year and he's got points on a shambolic team, he's definitely short on goals for a sniper but I could see him doing better with a change of scenery.

All that being said he's still a gamble, I could see someone like the Ducks taking a chance on him but I doubt they pay for it.

He can’t skate and he’s a hockey player. Sucks about his dad obviously, but still.
