Gonna have to add probably two 1sts to that deal if you both want to dump Martinez and pick up Gavrikov.

Martinez+3rd+5th round pick doesn't even come close to getting Gavrikov.

And Phil Kessel isn't waiving for Edmonton either.

I actually think this is downgrading the Knights on both trades. Martinez is the #1 shot blocker in the league and a very good defensive defenseman. I think that trade might hurt both teams. I also know Kessel has struggled this season but Puljujarvi has struggled even more and is on a worse contract. I like the idea of trying to upgrade the 3rd line though.
