LOL Parayko alone is worth more than Gudas and Reinhart. Florida would be adding not St Louis.

parayko is not really that good anymore honestly, i would not want to be stuck with that contract. would much rather have reinhart

Yeah that's an easy no from the blues. Does nothing to help them. We get way worse on defense and that doesn't justify the slight upgrade on offense

For some reason when it comes to some of these 2012 men (Dumba, Parayko, Gostisbhere etc) fans on here act like they still have the value they had when they first broke in the league and had all this potential.

Cause how tf do we replace him, Hes big scores and plays solid defence. But Fa there arent really any RDs, aside from dumba who is not that good. and A trade is a no go give how covented RDs are. He have no one in system to replace him either

paraykos may be overrated but hes still good. He also is on a decent contract and lastly we done have a way to replace him at all.

why would anyone want an already declining parayko at 6.5mil for 7 more seasons over a productive reinhart at 7.5mil for one more season? parayko’s contract is so long that the team control is a detractor, not a benefit. if you’re looking at parayko over that same term, you still probably would pick reinhart since parayko’s been terrible this year but maybe it’s closer, but the years are just wayyyy too long on that deal for it to be appealing with how he’s playing rn

He hasn't played that well. Here he has to be the guy, but he's just not THE GUY. They either need to move him or find a legitimate partner. At the level he's been we could easily replace him w Mayfield(st louis kid), get the similar play, and save a couple million

agree to disagree but he hasnt been bad. Sure there is a few moments but overall hes played decent
