The Pens are my dark horse cup contender candidate this year.

I hope you're right! I honestly have never seen so much inconsistency from this team, but I think some bottom six additions could solidify this team.

I think Teddy is too valuable on the pk to trade away. The Roslivic trade is good though.

I think that works for CBJ. Maybe add like a 3rd or something because it’s intra-division.

If he signs a cheap 1-2 extension, Dumoulin could be a good placeholder on the left side if/when CBJ trade Gavvy.

Most CBJ fans seem okay with the premise.
The VGK trade I feel like makes sense for them too. Roy is currently playing 4C, but I feel like Blueger is more suited for that role. They also have guys like Amadio and Cotter in their top 9. They have played well, but are maybe more suited for a bottom-6 role, so Kappy can slot in on the 2nd or 3rd line and move down Cotter/Amadio, making Carrier someone they possibly move.

When he first came back, he was great. The PK has slowed down though, but it is still doing well. However, his offensive output has been really bad and I dont think his positive play on the PK completely dismisses his offensive play.

I am not sure I would say most Blue Jacket fans are ok with this. It is probably about 50/50 on whether to trade Roslovic. Personally I wouldn't trade him unless it is to upgrade center or defense either by trade or to free Cap for a specific free agent signing. Unitl then, I would keep Roslovic.
