I would hope that Fletcher is competent enough not to. You're going to be parting with the 2023 1st if you want them to retain 3.5 million over 4 seasons.

Bruins need to get faster and Kevin Hayes doesn’t help that. He would also need to play RW as Marchand/Hall/ Zacha have that left hand side set in stone.

Maybe they would move zacha to RW to play with the top line for now and allow Hayes to be the LW for krech and pasta but a line of Hayes/ coyle / Freddy is way to slow and would probably be a good possession line but I think they would have a hard time getting zone entries in the first place

Philly can buy him out and pay more money and Boston can sign him for less.

You want a team to retain 14 million dollars, use a retention spot for four years, and all you are offering is two mid round picks and a 27 year old tweener? Where do you guys come up with these ideas?
