I don't think the Leafs can afford to have 14M tied up in Reilly and Parayko for the next 7 years when they both have a NTC. I also dont see why St Louis does this

Yeah, the leafs want nothing to do with that parayko contract, he hasnt been worth it since long before it was signed

Brodie > Parayako (especially when considering contracts)
Barbashev ≈ Kerfoot (with retention I’ll say Barby could have a bit more value)
ROR < 2 1sts + Robertson + Hollowell

No way the Leafs make this deal

Ridiculous to traded for Parayko when his contract ends when he is 37 years of age. Brodie ain't waiving anyways.

ROR is a UFA, and has no NTC. But you're right, the Blues don't go near this.
