Can probably keep the team together for at least a couple of years.

Give 2 year bridge deals and then trade some of them

But in a few years the cap should rise to a level where we can keep the team together.

Also once most of the contracts are up Panarin, and Trouba are off our billing list thus freeing up a huge level of capital for our club.

AF will probably do a short bridge for slightly less; $2.5M maybe KK's deal.

I'd also argue moving Goodrow is a smart move if he's on the 4th line. Paying $3.6M for a 4th liner is so unusual in the NHL for good reason.

Maybe can get away with less for Chytil as well.

I think you’re overpaying some of these guys by quite a bit. Doubt Kravstov gets over a mill unless he goes on a heater. Laf shouldn’t get 3mill based on production so far. I think he’s probably get close to the Kakko deal maybe like 2.5mill max. Chytil has only looks decent this season so I don’t see why you’d hand out 4mill when he put up 22pts last year. I think he’s get a bridge deal in the 3mill range at most.

Maybe I’m just reading things wrong but that’s just how I see it

I think those RFA deals are steep. If Miller gets that much I’d want 4-5 years. Chytil while improving hasn’t had the production to be worth $4 mil, I’d give him max $3-3.3 mil for 2-3 years. Not giving Laf more than Kakko at this point and I might honestly just move on from Kravtsov.

If Mikkolas ask is only 1.5 x 3 years I’d venture to guess the Blues would extend him. He’s been playing a lot of minutes in a shutdown role. I personally don’t think I’d be okay with the Blues giving him the type of money he should be asking for.
