Leafs definitely accept the Garland trade, but the second Leafs trade is straight up awful. I wouldn't give you a second round pick for those guys alone, let alone Sandin. I doubt OEL waives to go back to AZ and even if he does they decline, Chychrun is worth WAY more. Miller is unmovable though, and Detroit easily declines. Necas is not getting moved out of Carolina

Yzerman declines. Raymond will be better than Miller I think and right now I don't think Miller gets this sort of return anywhere unfortunately...no GM in the league would want to burn their fingers on that one

They are both bad. Kerfoot has produced as much as Garland over the past season and a half while being better defensively, effectively killing penalties and can play centre for less money to boot. Garland is massively overrated on here.

Garland is leaps and bounds better than Kerfoot in terms of offense and defense. He is also a consistent ~20 goal scorer and is currently experiencing a tremendous outlier season

Sure bud, that's what everyone says all the time. Kerfoot sucks and Garland is a super star and yet they produce the same and Kerfoot is a trusted member of a much better team while Garland has done nothing to help Vancouver be anything but mediocre and terrible defensively
