Personally doubt Francis takes the Mayfield deal but I mean you could compare him to Savard a year or two ago and Chiarot last year (both fetching firsts) so is possible

The Avs weren't trading for a rental of Horvat with the Canucks, they aren't doing it with the Isles and they definitely aren't going to open a gaping hole on their roster right before the playoffs.

JBB said any move made will be to make TB harder to play against Parise isn't really that guy. A Matt Martin type is more in line with what TB would be going after.
