Hawks decline. Only thing of interest in that trade is the 2nd, and since it's a '24 pick, it's less interesting

-Hawks decline a classic "quantity over quality" trade - SDA is a B-tier prospect, McMann is not a prospect at all, Holl is a pending UFA with zero value to a rebuilding squad, and the only good pick in here is kicked to next year's draft.

-Copy/paste from above. Hirvonen is a B-tier prospect, Joey Anderson is a 24 year old non-prospect, Erik Kallgren is 26 and can't break a .900 SV% in the AHL, Kerfoot is a pending UFA with zero value to a lottery team in Philadelphia, and while you've at least included this year's 1st, I just don't think there's enough here for Philly to give up a pair of forwards who are both playing on a 50-point pace.

-Zero incentive for the Sharks - Engvall is a pending UFA that actually has a higher cap hit than Bonino, so why would a rebuilding team in San Jose target him? Bonino gets a pick, they'll probably retain for you if you need it, but they're not going to just swap for an objectively harder to trade player if all you're giving them is a 7th rounder *next year*.

Flyers decline, we do not want any of that trash, Tippett is worth more than everything here.
