Tevo only goes if Canes have agreement with Larkin on new contract otherwise negotiations for another pick or minor leaguer takes place

Put Turbo in if we have an agreement on a Larkin extension thus Vrana to take Turbo’s place at 50% retained for next season if Vrana doesn’t work out we let him walk if he does then we sign him for less than we can sign Turbo and he is a better scorer than Turbo IMO and fast enough to keep up with Aho and Jarvis

I wouldn't touch Vrana just yet. Not sure how that chapter ends. But not in Carolina.

Explain? If they can't sign Larkin who else if going to give them a 1st, 5th, a prospect that is ready to move to the NHL, a prospect that is tearing things up in the KHL, and the potential for a proven veteran with another year under contract, plus getting rid of a player who has been a thorn in Stevie Y's side since he was traded for.
