This is a pretty realistic looking Chychrun offer.

If Toews waives for more than Edmonton, Oilers would need to pay (2) 2nds to get toews and dump Foegele

Take out Bourgault and switch with Broberg, Arizona wants a top notch prospect that’s ready to play, Broberg is who they are after, send out a D and have a top notch future replacement

That's not happening. Armstrong already asked for Broberg and Holland refused. They ended talks then.

For a team that needs help defending, moving Ceci out and Chychrun in doesn't seem logical. Ceci does a lot of heavy lifting for the Oilers.

Ceci plays 1RD for Edmonton. They aren't trading him for mid-round picks.

Correct, Holland then stated he wanted to give Broberg time in the NHL to see what he has before doing any moves. I’m an oilers fan and I know the only way we get Chychrun is if Broberg is in the deal, I am a firm believer that Broberg will be better than Chychrun will be, but right now Chychrun is better and Broberg won’t be that level for another few years, outside of the oilers prime window.

Holland has now seen Broberg in the NHL so there's even LESS chance he'll want to trade him now. Broberg has been killing the (albeit 3rd pairing) competition he's faced so far. His on-ice metrics rank with the best in the league.

I disagree. Broberg will be much better than Chychrun defensively very soon - if not already. He may never match Chychrun offensively, but that's less important to the Oilers. And considering he's on his ELC this year and next and won't have arbitration rights after that, he's better value than Chychrun through Chychrun's current contract I wouldn't trade them 1-for-1 right now.
