As far as the trade goes. Keep Oskar, Bowers, Helm. Understood if needed for roster slots, but they don't provide value in the trade.

No idea why this just makes me think of the Kariya and Selanne debacle. To get those two would require a lot more than the Avs could afford to give up for rentals.

We'll see. They could force a situation. Certainly separate brings more value to the Hawks, but that might not come to fruition. Toews being on IR certainly isn't helping his trade value.

Kane Toews has 5 more points and a whole bunch more PP1 time than Compher Rodrigues. Kane doesn’t play defense and Toews sucks at it now. Just saying.
